Securest was established in 2005 by MR. Hafez Nagib the owner and the executive manager of Securest and it located in Egypt. Securest is dealing with the largest companies and organizations in Egypt and it achieves great success. It expands its activities to be responsible for the security services for most of the largest companies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

We take a pro-active, personnel approach to every assignment which means we will get to know you and your requirements and tailor a solution to fit your needs and budget.

In Securest, we care about making marketing research for many reasons such as to know the latest products and services available in the market, to know the tools and strategies that are more successful in the market, to identify our competitors, establish benchmarks and identify target segments. So, we depend on 2 types of marketing research: (B2C) business to consumer marketing research and (B2B) business to business marketing research to put for each type a specific plan to reach our goal easily. We collect our primary data by using questionnaires and interviews (either by telephone or face to face). We conduct 2 types of questionnaires:
1- Questionnaire for consumers
2- Questionnaire for clients (weather individuals or business owners)
Then we collect the data and analyze them in order to know what the next step is in our marketing plan.
2- Market Segmentation:-
Market segmentation strategies are used to identify the target customers, and provide supporting data for positioning to achieve a marketing plan objective. We segment our customers according to their needs and wants as we apply Uses & Gratifications theory to reach customer satisfaction. 1. Competent: This is still the first factor to consider. Does the potential employee have the necessary skills, experiences and education to successfully complete the tasks you need performed?
2. Capable: Will this person complete not only the easy tasks but will he or she also find ways to deliver on the functions that require more effort and creativity? This means whether the employee has potential for growth and the ability and willingness to take on more responsibility.
3. Compatible: Can this person get along with colleagues, and more importantly, can he or she get along with existing and potential clients and partners? If the new employee can’t, there will be problems.
4. Commitment: Is the candidate serious about working for the long term? Or is he or she just passing through, always looking for something better? A history of past jobs and time spent at each provides clear insight on the matter.
5. Character: Does the person have values that align with yours? Is he honest; does he tell the truth and keep promises? Is he above reproach? Is he selfless and a team player?
6. Culture: Every business has a culture or a way that people behave and interact with each other. Culture is based on certain values, expectations, policies and procedures that influence the behavior of a leader and employees. Workers who don’t reflect a company’s culture tend to be disruptive and difficult.
