*BIG SHOUT OUT* 🎉
We're proud to share the recent work by *Eng. Aly A. Ramzy*, *Dr. Adel ElSabagh*, *Dr. Ahmed A. Barakat*, and *Dr. Ashraf M. Hamed*, titled "Reduced-Order Analytical Modeling of Micro Wind Turbine Rotordynamics with Tower Shadow Effects."
This study presents a novel reduced-order model that captures the dynamic behavior of micro wind turbines, taking into account the impact of tower shadow—a critical factor often overlooked in small-scale turbine analysis. The model offers enhanced accuracy with reduced computational complexity, making it highly practical for engineering applications and design optimization.
This work is novel because it addresses μWT dynamics which is in the focus of ASUWind team at Ain Shams University while most scientific research focuses on utility scale wind turbines.

Hydrogen Fuel Cells: The Clean Energy Solution of the Future?
Imagine a world where cars and factories run on an energy source that produces nothing but water as a byproduct. Sounds like a dream? Well, hydrogen fuel cells are making that dream a reality!
Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe, and when used in fuel cells, it generates electricity with zero emissions—just water and heat. Unlike fossil fuels, hydrogen fuel cells provide a clean, efficient, and sustainable energy solution that could revolutionize transportation, industry, and even power generation.
But is hydrogen truly the future?
At ETCC Lab in DSDC, we’re diving deep into the possibilities of hydrogen technology, exploring how it can reshape the energy landscape.
