Job Title:
Scrum Master

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, ensure proper Scrum implementation, and support high-quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Scrum and Agile frameworks within development teams.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity.

Act as a bridge between development teams, management, and stakeholders.

Track sprint progress and ensure delivery timelines are met.

Promote continuous improvement and Agile mindset across teams.

Support team performance, collaboration, and transparency.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.

Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.

Ability to handle multiple teams is a plus.

Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) are a plus, not mandatory.

Previous experience in IT or software development companies is preferred.

Work Mode:

Hybrid

Office attendance is required on designated days.
