Architecture has never been just about buildings. It has always shaped the way people move, gather, feel, and even obey. From monumental government plazas to controlled circulation inside institutional spaces, design can quietly communicate authority, hierarchy, and power without saying a single word.
Political systems leave traces in the cities they build. Streets, public squares, memorials, and governmental architecture become physical expressions of ideology, identity, and control. The intersection between architecture and politics reminds us that every space carries intention, influencing not only how we experience cities, but how societies function within them.

Cities don’t fail because of density, they fail because of poor flow. What looks like “overcrowding” is often a design issue, where movement is compressed into narrow, inefficient points that choke the system.
The bottleneck problem isn’t solved by adding more lanes, but by rethinking how movement happens. Distribute, diversify, and design for continuity because better flow creates better cities.
