Requirements:
• Proven work experience for 2 : 3 years at least (HP / Xerox Printers)
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills for printers & MFPS
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Basic knowledge of Desktop Support and Networking Problems.
• Decent communication skills and excellent customer interfacing skills.
