MEP coordination and drawing review
Material submittals & approvals
Technical support to site teams
As-built drawings & variation orders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Architecture
Experience in finishing projects
AutoCAD & Excel (Revit is a plus)
Strong technical office & QS background

Coordinate with warehouse for stock movement & inventory checks
Prepare reconciliations for sites, projects & custody accounts
Must be located near the workplace
