We won third place in HER Cycle which was organized by FEPS BI with the project "Dorak" which is an application that provides a digital platform for smart queues with KPIs tracking for services provided. it is now being deployed with parliament member and the users will access their Parliament representative in Egypt, to report their problems, complaints, and book an appointment with the responsible representative. along with a dashboard to the representative to track his progress and manage his office.

This project is a custom software solution that combines both software and hardware solutions tailored to NMEC objectives.
