💼 Business Development Executive (1 Vacancy)

Age: 27–35 | Experience: 4–6 years

Salary: EGP 12,000–17,000/month

Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Work Days: 6 days/week (first 3 months), then 5 days/week

We're looking for a motivated ISA to join our team!

💼 Requirements:

1+ year experience in cold calling or service roles

Excellent English (C1+ written & spoken)

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Real Estate cold calling experience is a plus

Strong CRM & Dialer skills (VanillaSoft, GoHighLevel)

🎯 Main Duties:

Qualify outbound leads via call/text

Book appointments & report in CRM

Hit KPIs and support client growth

💰 Pay:

$3/hr → $4/hr after 30 days of meeting KPIs
