The CSR Unit is thrilled to announce the successful completion of Youth for Future, an apprenticeship program implemented by the CSR Unit of the Federation of Egyptian Industries in partnership with the International Labour Organization.

The program targeted 150 Egyptian and refugee youth, including women, and equipped them with the essential knowledge and skills needed to enter and remain in the labour market. The trainings included workplace rights and obligations, occupational safety and health, communication skills, and team building, etc…, in addition to, the main apprenticeship. The program promoted inclusive and decent apprenticeship opportunities while closing the gap between employers and employees.

This collaboration between FEI, ILO, and Indomie, the apprenticeship host employer, benefited 65 women and 85 men, contributing to more inclusive and sustainable employment pathways.



يسر وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية انتهائها من تنفيذ برنامج "شباب للمستقبل"، وهو برنامج تلمذة صناعية تم تنفيذه بواسطة وحدة المسؤولية المجتمعية باتحاد الصناعات المصرية بالشراكة مع منظمة العمل الدولية.

استهدف البرنامج 150 شابًا وشابة من المصريين واللاجئين، وهدف إلى تزويدهم بالمعرفة والمهارات الأساسية التي تمكنهم من دخول سوق العمل والبقاء فيه. شملت التدريبات موضوعات مثل حقوق وواجبات العامل في مكان العمل، السلامة والصحة المهنية، مهارات التواصل، والعمل الجماعي، إلخ...، بالإضافة إلى التدريب العملي داخل المصانع. سعى البرنامج إلى تعزيز فرص للتدريب شاملة ولائقة، والمساهمة في سد الفجوة بين أصحاب العمل والعمال.

جاء تنفيذ البرنامج من خلال تعاون بين اتحاد الصناعات المصرية، ومنظمة العمل الدولية، وشركة إندومي بصفتها جهة استضافة المتدربين، مما أدى إلى استفادة 65 سيدة و85 شابًا، وأسهم في خلق مسارات توظيف أكثر شمولًا واستدامة.
