Let your weekend be a chance to reflect and plan for changes.

It's a myth that we're victims of our current circumstances in the majority of cases.

Reflect on your current situation in work/ relationships/ study/ physical health/ mental health/ growth/ joy/ spirituality .. and whatever else that matters to you.

Ask yourself 3 simple Qs:
1- Where do I stand in this matter right now?
2- What am I aiming for in the future?
3- What is stopping me from reaching this goal, and how can I change that?

And write that down.

The difference between ideas and action plans is writing and applying.

Whatever we don't write down, we tend to forget, and it just turns into unachieved dreams like the photo above.

Take action now.

What is it like to teach ?

I teach people that when life bounces hard, you bounce back, but you NEVER lose eyesight from your goals.

To be psychologically "tough" is actually the opposite of what most people think!

It's NOT to push hard 24/7 no matter what.
It's NOT to resist set backs and ignore tough times.
It's NOT to act like tough while you're collapsing inside.

It's the exact OPPOSITE!

Toughness and resilience are non-separate twin components of the same skill.

It's about accepting your human nature and fully surrender to set backs and hard times.

It's to acknowledge ALL your emotions and discuss all your thoughts.

It's to take the leap fully to the end with a full heart, a focused mind and unbreakable belief that: THIS TOO SHALL PASS!

And when it passes, you're right there standing where you stopped, holding your lessons in heart and bouncing back harder than ever before.

This is tough people mentality, resilience in the heart of it. 🖤
