About Us:-

We are a growing chocolate company dedicated to producing high-quality, delicious products for local and regional markets. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or food industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools

Salary & Benefits:

- Monthly salary: $1000 – $1500 (based on experience)
