أكدت رشا عبد العال، رئيس مصلحة الضرائب المصرية، إن جلسات الحوار المجتمعي الخاصة بالحزمة الثانية للتسهيلات الضريبية تأتي تنفيذًا لتوجيهات أحمد كجوك، وزير المالية، لتوسيع دائرة الحوار مع مجتمع الأعمال والاستماع المباشر لتحديات الممولين وتحويلها لحلول عملية على أرض الواقع.
وأوضحت إن ردود الفعل الإيجابية على الحزمة الأولى شجعت على التوسع في تقديم مزيد من التيسيرات والحوافز، خاصة للممولين الملتزمين، بما يخفف الأعباء ويحسن مستوى الخدمات الضريبية.
ومن أهم ما تتضمنه الحزمة الثانية: ✔️ تيسير وتسريع رد ضريبة القيمة المضافة
✔️ السماح بالاستفادة من نظام الضريبة المبسطة عن الفترتين الضريبيتين 2023 و2024
✔️ التوسع في تطبيق آلية المقاصة بين الأرصدة الدائنة والمدينة
✔️ إتاحة استرداد الرصيد الدائن من واقع الإقرار الضريبي لضريبة الدخل
✔️ تجديد العمل بقانون إنهاء المنازعات الضريبية
كما يجري التوسع في إنشاء مراكز ضريبية للخدمات المتميزة، تبدأ مرحلتها الأولى بالقاهرة الجديدة والشيخ زايد والعلمين الجديدة، لتقديم خدمة أسهل وأسرع للممولين.
