- Shutter is a Victorian Community that gathers all those who have an interest in photography. What we do:
- We, at Shutter,hold exhibits and contests among the Victorian Photographers not only the Club members.
- Shutter covers all Victoria College and the Loyal Victorians events in coordination with the media committee of each event.
