NetEra is hiring a WordPress Developer for its growing team in Alexandria office. We are looking for experienced, motivated and devoted calibers to join our team. Position’s details are:
Responsibilities:
•Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
•Helping to formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
•Determine time estimates to complete tasks.

Technical Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of hands on experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wire-frames into working HTML pages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, Mercurial}}
• Very good command of written and spoken English.

NetEra is currently hiring Senior Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Alexandria office.
Responsibilities are:
• Handling received customer complaints through various channels and determine the right action to be taken.
• Keeping track of customer interactions and complaints and create periodic reports.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer support process and suggest improvements.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction is reached.
• Communicating and coordinate with team members as required.
• Handling VIP customer accounts requests, inquires and manage special offers.
• Handling inquiries received on social media accounts, as well as Google Play Store and App Store reviews.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
2. 3+ years in Customer Support field (1 should be as a Senior).
3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic.
4. Ability to handle customers through weekends and overnight hours.
5. High multi-tasking skills.
