We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our Sales team and contribute in general sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1) Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
2) Answer questions about products or the company.
3) Go to the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
4) Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
5) Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
6) Enter and update customer information in the database.
7) Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Education, skills and Experience Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree.
2) Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, preferably within the software/IT industry.
3) Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
4) Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
5) Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
6) Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.
7) Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
8) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
Net Salary for the Telesales Representative is EGP 3000.
