🚀 Big steps forward for IMPACT4YOUTH!

We are thrilled to announce that MIHI has officially reached a major milestone in the IMPACT4YOUTH project. As the lead for Work Package 2, our team has been working hard to finalize the research tools that will help youth organizations across the region measure their social impact more effectively.

What’s happening now?
✅ Research Tools Ready: Our Arabic survey is finalized and ready for launch!
✅ Stakeholder Mapping: We’ve identified key Egyptian NGOs to join our pilot phase.
✅ Global Collaboration: We’re working closely with our partners to build a unified framework for youth work.

Next Steps:
In the coming weeks, we’ll be launching our field research and deep-dive interviews.

We’re not just collecting data; we’re building the foundation for a more impactful future for youth work in Egypt. 🙌🏻🧡

MIHI Egypt is looking for 3 passionate youth workers and educators to represent Egypt in the upcoming Erasmus+ Training Course: "Intercultural Realities: From Understanding to Practice."

🌍 The Theme: Deepening our understanding of culture, migration, and privilege to build more inclusive communities.

📍 Location: Qawra, Malta.
📅 Dates: May 17th – 23rd, 2026.

Who should apply?

▫️Egyptian
▫️21-35 years old
▫️Youth workers, leaders, or educators
▫️Individuals committed to intercultural dialogue
▫️Applicants with a strong command of English

We are excited to announce the launch of IMPACT4YOUTH, an international Erasmus+ project focused on strengthening Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) practices within youth organizations.

Through this project, we will work with partners across countries to:
▫️Assess existing measurement and evaluation practices,
▫️Identify gaps and learning needs,
▫️Support capacity building for youth-focused initiatives, and
▫️Co-create practical training materials to strengthen impact-driven work.

Following our successful kick-off meeting, we are now beginning the assessment phase and look forward to collaborating closely with our partners to drive meaningful, measurable impact for young people.
