DLEEL Egypt is a Non-Profit Organization that was launched at Helwan University in 2011 aiming to empower Youth by developing their leadership abilities and further enable them to become actively engaged citizens embodying the values of civic responsibility, cross-cultural competence, professionalism, and fidelity.
