📌 Job Details & Requirements:
• Graduates and Gap Years Only
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is a MUST
• Languages: Fluent English speakers (C-1)
• Working Days: 5 days/week On-Site
• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday (2 consecutive days for some positions)
• Shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night shifts available
• Training: Paid
• Personality: Excellent communication & customer handling skills
• Salary: Base + Attendance bonus + KPIs + transportation allowance (+commission for sales positions)

For one of our major clients "Saudi travel and tourism company", we are immediately hiring the following for its office in Cairo:
1. Branch Manager
-At least 4 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry.
-Proven experience managing and supervising teams.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and implement sales development strategies.
-Possibility of traveling to Saudi Arabia to work at the agency’s main headquarters.

2. Sales Agents:
-At least two years of experience in the tourism and travel industry.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to achieve sales targets and work as a team.
-Possibility of traveling to Saudi Arabia to work at the agency’s main headquarters.

3.Graphic Designer
-At least two years of experience in design and advertising.
-Proficiency in using design software.
-Ability to produce creative designs for social media and marketing campaigns.
-Previous experience in the tourism and travel field is preferred.

4. Social Media Specialist
-At least two years of experience in managing social media platforms.
-The ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing plans.
-Monitor paid advertising campaigns and analyze performance.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to craft engaging content.
-Previous experience in the tourism and travel industry is preferred.

١- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي
٢- القدرة على إعداد وتنفيذ خطط تسويقية رقمية فعّالة.
٣- متابعة الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة وتحليل الأداء.
٤- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وصياغة محتوى جذاب.
٥- يُفضل خبرة سابقة في مجال السياحة والسفر.
