Following the opening ceremony of the 𝗖𝗥𝗔𝗪𝗠𝗔 & 𝗦𝗪𝗠𝗥𝗔 Conferences featured plenary sessions on circular raw materials, resource recovery, water conservation, and environmental sustainability.

The 𝗖𝗥𝗔𝗪𝗠𝗔 sessions focused on:

We thank the session moderators, speakers, and participants for their valuable contributions and engaging discussions throughout the day. We look forward to the second day of the conference and the continued exchange of research findings, experiences, and perspectives.

The opening ceremony featured inspiring remarks from Dr. Mourad Amer, Prof. Silvia Serranti, Prof. Mohamed M. Chehimi, Prof. Enrico Boccaleri, Prof. Claudio Alimonti, and Prof. Eric D. Van Hullebusch, alongside strong engagement from our partners UNIRIMA, Gruppo Fiori, PLAST Srl, and RUS.

Insightful keynote sessions by Prof. Mariachiara Zanetti, Prof. Stefano Viaroli, Prof. Giuseppe Bonifazi, and Prof. Costas Velis marked a powerful start to the conference.

We are pleased to share that IEREK’s CEO and Founder, Dr. 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐝 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫, recently conducted a series of high-level meetings in Morocco aimed at strengthening international academic and institutional collaborations. These meetings included discussions with His Excellency 𝐑𝐲𝐚𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐳𝐳𝐨𝐮𝐫, Minister of Industry and Commerce, as well as senior representatives from Cadi Ayyad University, including Professor 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐫, Professor 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐢, and Professor 𝐋𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢.

We sincerely thank our partners in Morocco for their valuable engagement and continued support of IEREK’s global academic initiatives and research activities, contributing to the advancement of international collaboration in research and innovation.
