MEESA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Crew Coordinator (Operations Specialist) to join our growing team!

Job Description:
As a Crew Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Assigning crewing officers to vessels
• Reviewing and verifying crew documents
• Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:
• No prior experience needed – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced maritime environment

Working Hours: 8 hours per day
