With the number of engineers in Egypt approaching 600,000 engineers, however, we fail to establish a proper rain drainage system, facilitate a smooth traffic flow, establish safe roads, prevent railway accidents, provide desalinated drinking water to all governorates, or provide enough energy solutions
Moreover, and with 25,000 fresh Engineering graduates being pumpe
d annually to the Egyptian market and work fields, the local Egyptian industries and products fail not only to compete with the imported products, but also to keep standing still steadily. Vision

To develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the Egyptian Engineers; so that they become more capable of facing and excelling the current and future engineering challenges. (Bridging the gap between total sums of the current, and the requisite Egyptian Engineering capabilities)

2- Studying abroad & Scholarships (Countries, Programs, Opportunities, Requirements, etc.)
3- Egyptian Engineering Reality (better, hands-on understanding of local engineering reality, compared to academia and compared to global references )
4- Practical Projects (delivering real, practical, curriculum-related experiences and possibly interdepartmental projects; under the mentorship of professors and experts)
5- Soft Skills (Leadership, Networking, Teams management, Crisis management, Effective Meetings, Planning, Touch Typing, etc. )
