HR Generalist

Job Description
** a person who can run a full recruitment cycle.
1- Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
2- Managing health and life insurance programs.
3- Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
4- Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
5- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
6- Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
7- Tracking department budgets.
8- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
9- Create, organize, update, and maintaine personnel files and the HR database.
10- Following up all resignation procedures.
11- Receives & follow up on employees Employment papers.
12- Receive employees’ registration via fingerprints on the system and create the daily report.
13- Control and maintain the fingerprint attendance machine.
14- Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances.
15- Track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular) and send legal warnings accordingly.
16- Receive alerts from all departments regarding overtime and requested leaves.
17- Control and monitor the employees’ vacations and attendance balance.
18- Receive any modifications in labor’s shifts and prepare employees’ attendance report.

Job Requirements:
- Male employees are preferred
- Fluency in English is a must,
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
