Victor Guzun
Former Moldovan public servant and diplomat.
Victor served as the Republic of Moldova Ambassador to Estonia from 2010-2015. Currently, he consults various governments and international organisations on the topics of digital transformation and public administration reform.
Victor will be speaking about what role governments should play in supply chains.
