Last week, TalTech Law School lecturer Javad Keypour visited the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka (Croatia) under the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility programme.
During the visit, Javad delivered an interactive session on EU Energy Law and Policy for international students, focusing on the relationship between energy security, competition, sustainability, and climate regulation in the European Union.
The workshop also introduced students to the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS) and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), encouraging them to examine how climate policies may interact with international trade rules and WTO law through practical case discussions.
Teaching mobility is an important part of international academic cooperation, creating opportunities for exchanging knowledge, perspectives, and teaching practices across European universities.
Many thanks to our colleagues at the University of Rijeka for their warm welcome and excellent cooperation.
