It is strangely hypnotic to watch the full cycle of a Bio Mobitek plant - starting with a perfect burn, moving through the heart of the boiler house, and finishing with the silo being topped up. Functional engineering that looks as good as it works.

A new biomass boiler plant has been completed in Halinga, Estonia 🇪🇪
The project consists of two 750 kW biomass boilers and a 1 MW gas-fired backup boiler. The boiler plant was fully manufactured in modular form at the Bio Mobitek factory and installed at a new biogas production plant currently under construction.
The fuel storage has a capacity of up to 200 m³ and is designed for fuel loading with a front loader, fully aligned with the customer’s requirements.
The boiler plant is now fully completed and ready for operation. We are awaiting the completion of the biogas plant construction, after which Bio Mobitek will proceed with commissioning and start-up.
Biomass energy is more than just heat — it is a step toward a cleaner future, smarter use of local resources, and reduced dependence on fossil fuels. By turning renewable bioenergy into reliable heat, we contribute to sustainable industry, lower emissions, and the preservation of our planet for future generations.
