🎉 10 aastat EFC Norge AS`s – Rain Ude 🎉
Me respekteerime üksteist ja suhtlus on tugev – see teeb olemise mõnusaks.”
🎉 10 years at EFC Norge AS – Rain Ude 🎉
“It’s a strong feeling,” says Rain, reflecting on his journey. There have been both challenging and easier times, but what matters most is that he has stayed the course.
Rain joined EFC through a colleague, and that’s how the journey began. Today, it has grown into a long and meaningful working relationship – and the colleague who invited him is also still working at EFC.
In his work, Rain values variety and challenges the most: “All tasks are good, but I especially enjoy the more complex ones – that’s when it gets interesting. There have been some great challenges, and that’s how you learn and develop.”
The best part of the job, however, is the team: “If you ask for help, everyone is willing to help. I do the same. That’s how you create a good working environment.”
In recent years, Rain has been inspired by younger colleagues: “Their positivity and attitude are very good. We respect each other, and there’s strong communication – it makes the atmosphere enjoyable.” He also values spending time together outside of work.
If he had to describe EFC in one word, Rain says: professionalism – “site managers know how to support you and find the best solutions, and employees are involved in discussions.”
For new employees, Rain has simple advice: “Be persistent and don’t be afraid to ask. Work hard and put in the effort – the results will follow. And don’t hesitate to ask more experienced colleagues for help.”
What makes Rain’s eyes light up are well-organized tools: “When you arrive on site and the tools are available and in order, the work goes well.” Just as important to him is time with family – Rain is a proud grandfather of four.
👏 Thank you, Rain, for your 10 years and your contribution to our team! 🤩
