This household waste recycling center turns packaging waste into 10 different materials.
It's a compact yet high-capacity sorting system, optimising every metre of available floor space. The line integrates a drum screen, optical sorters, eddy current separators, and magnetic separators into a seamless flow.
The line is controlled by a SCADA system that provides operators with a visual overview, tracks performance and power use, and supports better real-time decision-making.

This facility can efficiently process 25 tonnes of heavy-duty construction and demolition waste per hour. This adds up to about 50,000 tons of waste every year.
When designing the line, the goal was to create a more energy-efficient system that also improves output quality. To achieve this, the line now includes a shredder-less system and an intelligent absorber for vibrating screens.
