Lemon Trees play life-affirming post-punk — bright, dynamic songs with sharp, jangle guitars and catchy melodies. Among undeniable influences are U2 and The Smiths, with the band's guitarist even claiming to be familiar with the work of The Smashing Pumpkins. Band members describe their music as follows: "It sounds just like if Robert Smith had always been happy". They performed a great amount of gigs in Estonia, Finland and Russia.
