d. The Chef and his team take their guest on a culinary journey throughout the evening, serving a fabulous 7-course Islands’ Degustation menu. The menu varies; and occasionally Matthias will introduce a theme that will excite you, or he might introduce a special guest for the evening at our table, or dedicate an evening to one of the pleasures of life. Occasionally he even may take you to an exciting location elsewhere. Regardless what is on that evening, we assure you of a splendid time. It is an elegant fine dining experience personally hosted each evening during 4 days per week by Michelin starred Chef de Cuisine Matthias Diether and his team. It’s certainly not a restaurant, and it’s maybe not the place you take your newfound love for a first intimate tête-à-tête. It is definitely the place to have fun and join likeminded people that appreciate great food and good conversation. The Setting and how it works
Think of it as going to an opera. Dinner starts at 19:00 sharp for this dining experience that lasts throughout the evening, expect the dinner to end at approximately 22:30. The elegant communal table seats a maximum of 20 guest. Alexander Chef's Table is open from Wednesday to Saturday , serving each evening a fixed 7-course Islands’ Degustation Menu that changes over time. We expect you as of 18:30 for the aperitif. The price per cover for the 7-course Islands’ Degustation is 90€ per person, a choice of excellent flight of wines and beverages paired by our sommelier to match with each dish is offered for 77€ per guest. There is a splendid aperitif and Champagne menu with choices to start your evening with and continue, should you wish to make your own choice. Reservations
Reservations are required and should be made latest 48hrs ahead. We will charge 90€ per person for the dinner to your credit card at the moment of reservation. No refund will be given if a cancellation takes place less then 48hrs ahead. Special requests
No menu alterations are possible, but we are happy to take care of any dietary concern of which we like to be informed latest 48hrs ahead. The Islands’ Degustation Menu cannot be shortened. Children & infants
Alexander Chef’s Table is a dinner society for adult guests that enjoy meeting over food and good conversation, therefore infants & children under the age of 6 or for which you are seeking a special menu are regrettably not welcome unless you reserve the whole table. Cuisine
