Poeet is a creative studio creating art and design for clothing and interiors. We also help design services and experiences. The word “poet” comes from the Greek word “poiētēs”, which is derived from “poiein,” meaning “to make” or “to create.”
Creation is a voyage of discovery. When you create, you’re connected to all of Life. Creation is the freedom of self-expression. Being a poet is an approach to life, a way of living. At the design studio Poeet, we value the diversity of creation and our interconnection with the environment. Therefore, we seek to create a balance between new and existing approaches. We love to experiment with reused and recycled materials; we offer repair services inspired by Kintsugi and support the principles of the circular economy. We value the slow approach that emphasises the process, craftsmanship and uniqueness. We believe that creating an emotional connection with objects helps them last longer.
