Andrei has been part of the Thorgate Group for years as the founder and CEO of GateMe, where he built a strong track record of focused leadership, rapid ex*****on, and turning opportunities into growth.

As Thorgate Digital enters its next phase, expanding internationally and strengthening its position as a technology partner for ambitious organizations, Andrei is the right person to lead the journey.

In his new role, Andrei will focus on accelerating international growth, deepening strategic partnerships, and building the team that will shape the company's future.

Last Friday, we gathered for our traditional Grill & Chill, one of our favorite Thorgate traditions. ☀️🔥

It was a chance to take a step back and look at everything that has happened since our last Grill & Chill. And what a journey it has been!

During this time, we’ve welcomed several new people to the team, worked with new clients, made important structural changes, organized great events, created new content, and celebrated strong business results. 🚀

Most importantly, we celebrated the people behind it all. The team members who make Thorgate what it is every day.

There were plenty of stories, laughs, good food, and reasons to be proud of what we’ve achieved together.

🔸 March’s Monthly Guru was Jörgen Ader.

Jörgen has now been with Thorgate for more than 10 years, and his consistency continues to stand out. Over the past months, he has carried a significant share of the delivery load in TGD.

What we value most is his ability to quietly step into difficult situations, deliver under pressure, and keep things moving forward without making a fuss.

🔸 April’s Monthly Guru was Tõnn Luts.

What stands out with Tõnn is how quickly he understands how to position and sell what we already have. He brings strong sales instinct, speed, and systematic ex*****on, pushing all of us to think more clearly, simplify solutions, and focus on what creates the most value.

At the same time, he brings smart, hungry, and transparent energy into the team, which fits Waybiller very well. Ambition and initiative are always easier to calibrate than to create.

Last week, the Thorgate Group team gathered for our Winter Days, although it already felt more like welcoming spring. 🌿 It was a great opportunity to bring the whole team together, spend time in person, and learn something valuable along the way.

We started the day with a miscommunication training led by Meelis Lang, CTO of Helmes. One of the key takeaways was simple but powerful: miscommunication rarely happens because of what we say, but it happens because of how our message is heard and interpreted. The training focused on emotional intelligence, active listening, and asking clarifying questions instead of making assumptions. We also discussed how constructive feedback should always be safe, respectful, and focused on solutions, helping teams move toward shared understanding instead of blame.

After the training, it was time to enjoy the last winter activities of the season. Our team hit the slopes for skiing and snowboarding, followed by sauna, social games, and a great dinner together. ⛷️🔥

Moments like these remind us how important it is to invest not only in building great technology but also in building strong teams and communication.
