Central Baltic Programme project SENsationalSTEM, where Eesti Puuetega Inimeste Koda was lead partner, is now also closing for reporting. Last payments are done for the partners Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences Sustento Eesti Agrenska Fond. The meeting room at lead partner headquarters is empty, but the work is going on to seek for new cross-border cooperation, improving skills, digital skills in particular, as that was a challenge of the SENsationalSTEM as at once we started, COVID entered the scene.
Erasmus+, Nordplus, Estonia-Latvia programme and socio-economic development programme of the Estonian border regions in the east have been our new sources for cooperation. Hoping that any of those efforts will be triggered and enable as active implementation as the one which just is finished.
Learning is key, and will not stop.

Our project ended already 2022. Reporting is still going on. One of the project outcomes was an overview on how to get young people with special educational needs to discuss business. The overview is available at our partner Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences webpage:

Its also time to take a look at how to bring the knowledge on into new initiatives. Many possibilities for funding are available, certainly the next call for EU Interreg Central Baltic programme is waiting for new projects

Summer is here, and it’s a great time to travel and meet old and new friends! 😎 In this spirit, this week on the 8th and 9th of June, we gathered once again for our SENsationalSTEM project 5th and final staff and steering group meeting in Tallinn.
With all hands on deck, project partners from Estonia🇪🇪, Latvia 🇱🇻and Finland 🇫🇮 shared their view on how the project had progressed for them, as well as coordinated the wrapping up of the few remaining tasks for the last few months.
Our Haaga-Helia partners have just been to Dijon, France this May, where they presented our project. They gave us an overview on project curriculum and feedback from the entrepreneurship education conference they visited.
When the project is finally concluded, it would not be a full stop, but rather a new beginning as we can see SENsationalSTEM has inspired a lot of great initiatives.
Special thanks to our partners and supporters who travelled to Tallinn for this special meeting. Have a wonderful summer, everyone!
