I know from my own experience how difficult it can be to get over the first hump full of fears & doubts. But the thing is - they are just thoughts & you can always alter your thoughts the way that serves you best.

Once you start moving, you will gain the momentum. You don’t need motivation to start. Motivation will be created from action. & from action you will gain the confidence to keep going.

I guess you have noticed that I haven't really posted any new posts in a while.. That's because I am working on a new project that I am very very excited about!

Since I have been through the disappointment, depression, anxiety about my past, present & the future, I know how freaking tough it is to believe in yourself within all this mess. Now I am happy to say that I have come through it stronger than ever & I want to give the same confidence to others as well.

That is why, I am on a road to create my very own coaching business where I tie together all my knowledge & experience about healthy mindset, time-management & goal-setting.

For me it was posting this post right here..

In the recent weeks, I’ve understood the importance of freedom. Since the pandemic started, I haven’t really gone anywhere from the 3km radius I live in & it has drained me mentally. I’m sure many of you can relate to the same situation..

Now that I have my newfound freedom thanks to the Indian driving license & Indian government lifting the restrictions on travelling to the country, I feel a bit more at ease. But to be like my true carefree self, there are still some blocks that need to be demolished within my mind & my environment.

Because I can’t really pinpoint why I feel stuck, even though everything is seemingly fine, I’m focused on asking questions like: How can I feel more free? What can I do to be more carefree?

Asking questions like these can make you see the solutions rather than problems. Even if you can’t think of the answers right away, you will find them eventually. The important thing is to ask! Like they say.. if you’re not asking, you will not receive.
