Our journey toward defining our💥 company values 💥has been anything but conventional. Last year, when we realised we needed to define what mattered most to us, we knew it couldn’t just be from management’s point of view. To have values that meant something—values that shaped how we work and how we treat each other—they had to come from within, from the people who make up our company. 🤔 That’s why we made it a point to involve every employee in the discussion.
