Tapioca is a starchy product extracted from the roots of the cassava plant. It’s a low-calorie food that’s easily digestible and widely used in tropical countries.

What are the health benefits of tapioca? The starch in tapioca is enriched with choline, essential for normalizing blood cholesterol levels, and with B vitamins, necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
