📢 Madis Toomsalu has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of Energbank

Madis Toomsalu will join the Supervisory Board following approval by the National Bank of Moldova. According to Tarmo Sild, CEO of Iute Group, Toomsalu’s appointment supports Energbank’s continued development into a modern, customer-focused digital bank – with stronger governance, disciplined growth and digital services that create value for customers.

“We are building a digital bank in every country where we operate, and our bank in Moldova is moving in the same direction. We are happy to have Madis on board and believe his background will support Energbank in its next stage of development,” said Sild.
