Reading to our daughter Zena inspired this painting that shows how deep connections in childhood can pass on what we love and nurture relationships. So grateful to be a father to our amazing daughter who has so many talents. I was so lucky to have a kind and loving father. Walt was an artist and he inspired me to draw and become an artist too. He and my mom gave my brother, sister and I a safe loving home environment to grow up in, which I now appreciate is increasingly rare. May the fathers reading this strive to make the most loving

The path of parenthood is rooted in a sacred partnership to summon new life and serve the fragile thread of evolution. Parenting is an art, it depends on love, soul and creative energy. Family is a karmic braid of Souls watched over by angelic forces and haunted by shadows. The child enters an energetic flow of emotions circulating between partners. At the brightest moments, there is a family bond beyond the flesh, a love circuit, uplifting each heart touched by the magic of new life and new possibility. Through our own parents, and our parent’s parents, we glimpse the extended ancestral tree tying us with genetic threads to an interwoven infinitude of lovers.
