Arriving in Mariscal Sucre Airport, the best way to get to "Mogens Pod Hostel" is by taxi (make sure you book the taxi in the airport taxi office, do not pick one kerbside) the ride should be $25.00 to $30.00. An airport bus is also available for about $8.00 pp which will take you to the old airport. From there bus services are available at 25 cents pp or taxi, so if you are 2 people or more a taxi from the airport is economically more attractive. Always ask the taxi driver for the price to your destination before getting in, if you do not like the price ask another taxi, there are plenty of them except when it is raining. From the north or the south bus terminal (Carcelen or Quitumbe) you can take the Trolebus (25 cents pp) to Colon station and from there you walk down along (east) Colon Street, 1 block then take a right into 9 de Octubre for one block, we are on that corner.
