⛽🌎 El 11% del petróleo mundial se produce en América Latina y el Caribe
En 2025, la región registró un crecimiento del 20% en producción de petróleo y del 10% en gas natural, consolidándose como un actor estratégico en los mercados energéticos internacionales.
Brasil, México y Guyana lideran este dinamismo, mientras las exportaciones energéticas fortalecen el rol de América Latina y el Caribe en la seguridad energética global.
El Panorama 2025 de OLACDE confirma que, incluso en un contexto de transición energética, el petróleo y el gas seguirán siendo parte relevante de la matriz regional.

A lo largo de las sesiones, se analizó cómo los BESS permiten integrar energías renovables, aportar flexibilidad a la red, reducir vertimientos y habilitar nuevos modelos de negocio, siempre considerando diseño técnico, regulación y viabilidad económica.
