r 1,000 ft. mean sea level, looking to the east, reveals a wide panorama of lush green jungle broken up by developed agriculture. At the base of our mountain we have a bamboo forest, year round spring fed stream, and a beautiful jungle pond fed from a 25 ft. Wildlife abounds, from exotic birds, monkeys, untamed cats, and at certain times of year large colorful butterflies and moths. We're a diversified small farm operation growing balsa, banana, cacao, mandarina, and various fruit trees. In addition we have a growing herd of cows, chickens and pigs. Construction is underway for a guest house, followed by a farm style house to replace our current old and deteriorating dwelling and then development of the lower half of the property into a recreation area for campers, weekenders, and educational agricultural instruction.
