We share on the local herbs/spices (and their use for healing and longevity), and show how different fruits and vegetables are used on a daily basis. We provide local recipes. We also feature rum and rum tasting as part of our Cooking Caribbean; guests can sample the locally flavoured blends of herbal infused rum, and learn the secrets to using rum in cooking, and in infusing one herb over another, and how different blends have different effects.
