💰 Salary: Up to 600,000MMK (Based on Performance) + Uncapped Commissions for extra sales

လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့်တာဝန်များ:

▪️စားသောက်ဆိုင်၊ ကော်ဖီဆိုင်နှင့် ဘားများသို့ POS Software ရောင်းချရန်။
▪️ဖောက်သည်သစ်များ ရှာဖွေပြီး ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ရန်။
▪️ Product Demo ပြသပေးပြီး အခြေခံ သုံးစွဲနည်း သင်ပေးရန်။
▪️ကွင်းဆင်းရောင်းချပြီး လစဉ် Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်။
▪️အခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များအတွက် တစ်ပတ် (၃) ကြိမ် Market Visit ဆင်းရန်။
▪️အပတ်စဉ်/လစဉ် Sales Report များကို မန်နေဂျာထံ တင်ပြရန်။

လိုအပ်သော အရည်အချင်းများ:

🔹Sales အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁-၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ရှိသူ (B2B သို့မဟုတ် Software ပိုင်း ဦးစားပေးမည်)
🔹ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးနိုင်စွမ်း ကောင်းမွန်သူ
🔹Word, Excel နှင့် Email အခြေခံ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
🔹စည်းကမ်းရှိပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ
🔹F&B လုပ်ငန်းနယ်ပယ်အကြောင်း နားလည်သူ (ပိုမို ဦးစားပေးမည်)
🔹သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် ကြိုးစားနိုင်သူ

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

- Sell our POS software to restaurants, cafes, and bars.
- Generate new leads and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct product demos and provide basic onboarding support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through active field ex*****on.
- Conduct market visits (3x a week) to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

- 1–2+ years of sales experience (B2B, tech, or software preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Independent worker with a highly disciplined, team-oriented mindset.
- F&B industry familiarity or network is a strong plus.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and crush sales targets.

- Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications and backend services.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs, business logic, and data-driven workflows.
- Implement and maintain asynchronous processing using background jobs, queues, and scheduled tasks.
- Write and optimize database queries, schema changes, and migrations using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of Rails architecture, MVC, Active Record, and REST API development.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with background jobs, queue systems, and scheduled task ex*****on.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on assigned features or bug fixes.
