FEAR GOD???? Who fears God, the heathen or God himself? I have never seen or heard of God fearing himself. Who fears God is who forgot him, left him and sought to retrieve Him. Then you must learn that fear drives you into sin, so that you may fear FEAR GOD FIRST. Does not mean that God is built on fear, but that you will experience the most fear, when driven to God when in denial of Him. God fears no one or no thing on earth or in heaven created by Him. Therefore fear only rests with MAN.
