Position: Office Manager - Sales support

We are looking for a full-time Office Manager – Sales Support for our client Kiesel Scandinavia A/S, part of Kiesel Group, which is one of Europe's largest construction and material handling machines company, with more than 1000 employees and with branches in 9 countries. You would be reporting to CEO within the Administration/Sales department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Office management
• Sales support
• Administration
• Organizing meetings with customers, vendors and banks
• Coordinating with internal departments (i.e., service, parts and machine sales)
• Communicating over the phone with business partners
• Business travel – quarterly

Qualifications

• Experience in office management
• Excellent communication skills
• Nice, calm, clear way of communication
• Team player - able to cooperate with different departments
• Self-structured and well organized
• Reliable, loyal and confidential
• Hands-on mentality
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Fluent in Danish and English languages
• German language skills are an advantage
• Driver’s license is an advantage but not a deciding factor

After trial period possible agreement with the supervisor on split between office work and work from home.
