Lifelong SWEET Fan Reunites With Band 50 Years After First Concert.

Exactly 50 years after attending her first-ever SWEET concert, Danish fan Helle is revisiting a moment that helped shape a lifetime of devotion to the legendary glam rock band. In 1976, Helle attended a SWEET gig in Odense, where she not only saw the band perform live but also had the chance to meet the musicians in person—an encounter captured in photographs that have since become treasured memories.
Now, half a century later, history is coming full circle. On May 22, Helle will once again attend a SWEET concert, returning to celebrate her enduring connection to the band’s music and legacy. Members of SWEET have expressed their excitement about seeing her again and marking the occasion with a fan whose support has spanned five decades.
