2025 has been a tough year to lead in.
AI is reshaping work. Hybrid is still unresolved. Burnout and disengagement remain alarmingly high, and trust and psychological safety are under pressure.

3. If everyone copied my way of working – my hours, availability and boundaries – would they be thriving or burning out?
4. What are people only saying in private chats – and how do I actually respond when those truths reach me?
5. If our youngest colleagues judged us only by what they see – would they call our culture fair and generous, or polished but unsafe?
If one of these questions stays with you, that is probably where your real leadership work in 2026 begins.
