Application Note: Simplify PCR Setup with the flowbot® ONE

Our latest application note shows how flowbot® ONE can be used to automate PCR prior to amplification on a thermal cycler.

In this setup, flowbot ONE produces a master mix and dispense it into a 96 well PCR plate, using two different ready mixes from ‌Quantabio.

An identical setup was performed manually to compare the time spent.
