The waterfront location is truly unique, but the former harbour pavilion was difficult to redevelop. In close collaboration with Over Byen Arkitekter, a new timber building was created—carefully designed with architectural references to the Nordic boathouse typology.⁠

Restaurant Aye Aye now enjoys one of the best waterfront locations in the city.⁠
