Meet Pernille’s.

Who’s Pernille, you might ask? She’s my mother - the person who taught me how to cook and the one who first sparked my curiosity about food.

So renaming Project Raw after her felt only natural.

At Pernille’s, you can expect bistro-inspired dishes with a New Nordic twist - simple, seasonal food made with the same love that started it all.

And a special shoutout to and for bringing the new branding to life.
