Conference season is in full swing 🙌🏻

Last week, our Canadian Account Manager, Steve Battams, attended the Marigold Library System Conference in Alberta, an annual one-day event bringing together library staff and board members across the region

It was one of Steve's first Canadian library events in this role and a great chance to connect with the people who do this work every day 📚

Good conversations, new faces, and a reminder of why getting out into the field matters 💬

Our 2025 ESG report is live 🚀

This year, the social chapter is especially close to our hearts, because behind every system we deliver, there are people. And taking care of those people matters just as much as the technology we build.

In 2025, that looked like:

📚 Expanded quiet spaces, giving employees dedicated areas to recharge during the workday.

📚 A visit from Mindcamp on managing mental overload

📚 Supporting the employee-led activities that bring people together, from padel tournaments to Lyngsoe Moves, our running and cycling events.

We also launched an internal exchange program so colleagues could experience how we work across our international offices✈️

And together with our sister company, Lyngsoe Systems, we brought in 15 student workers and interns last year 👨🏻‍💻

All small things, but we think they add up.

We're heading to Dublin in May! ✈️

From May 6 to 8, we'll be at the LIBER Architecture Group Seminar at Technological University Dublin, together with our partners at Hublet and Diacom.

This year's theme, "Invest – Involve – Inspire: Shaping the next generation of Library Buildings," puts the focus on what it actually takes to design library spaces that work for the people who use them.

With more than 20 projects from across Europe on the program, it's shaping up to be a great few days of conversation around architecture, inclusivity, and the future of library spaces 🏛️
